Alicia Flexes Her Hollywood Muscle

Alicia Silverstone has discovered just how powerful her Hollywood stardom is. The "Clueless" star is currently performing in "The Graduate" on New York's Broadway, and had agreed to wear an Anne Klein dress for the opening night party - until she discovered Klein also made rabbit fur jackets.

After spotting the garment in a Klein catalogue, animal activist Alicia refused to wear a dress made by a company that used fur. Terrified to lose such an important customer, the fashion company pulled the jacket off the line - and they announced that they'll terminate their fur license so that it never happens again.
