The Sopranos star Jamie-Lynn Sigler is to document the "exercise bulimia" that plagued her teenage years in a bid to scare young girls away from extreme weight worries.
The 21-year-old actress/singer, who plays Tony Soprano's daughter Meadow in the hit show, will write about her hellish years desperately trying to stay slim in new book "Wise Girl".
She says, "I was working out like five hours a day. It was just an insane thing. Wise Girl will show my journey."
"Some people who hear I'm writing a book might think it's something cheesy and I'm playing off The Sopranos' fame, but I suffered from an eating disorder, and I'm very vocal about it."
