Winona Wears 'Free Winona' T-Shirt

Bad publicity is better than no publicity.

Winona Ryder has decided to work her shoplifting arrest for all the publicity it's worth. The actress, who's due out soon in "Mr. Deeds," will appear in the next issue of W magazine wearing a T-shirt that proclaims "Free Winona!" Some smart-alecks in L.A. started selling the tee, and has become quite infamous over the past couple months.

Apparently Ryder, who insists that she did not break the law, agrees with the sentiment.
