Jennifer Lopez Slows Down

Jennifer Lopez admits she was forced to take a break from filming new flick "Enough" after pushing herself too far and breaking down in tears.

While shooting the movie, Jen was making the video for new single "I'm Gonna Be Alright" and recording material for her album as well as overseeing her new clothing range and perfume.

She says, "I put myself through too much. I realise that I had too much going on personally, doing videos on the weekends as well as recording stuff. I had I had hit the wall, because of how hard I was pushing myself in the movie, and it took a toll on me."

"I remember my heart was beating so fast and I was having anxiety attacks. I ended up crying with Tessa, the little girl who plays my daughter in the film."

"I sometimes feel like a robot machine - but I've learned from my anxiety attacks that I have to stop and say the workload is getting too much."

"My well-being is the most important thing."
