Liv Tyler Engaged
Liv Tyler is reportedly getting hitched to her rock-and-roll beau, Royston Langdon, lead singer and bass player for the group Spacehog, according to Fox News' Roger Friedman.
The brunet actress of such films as That Thing You Do! and the upcoming One Night at McCool's and the Lord of the Rings trilogy, said "I will" on Valentine's Day, Friedman reports.
Liv's daddy, Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler, should be proud that she's keeping music in the family. Liv got her start (as did Alicia Silverstone) by showing off her sultry self in Aerosmith videos.
Tyler and Langdon have been linked since 1998, after the 23-year-old actress split with longtime boyfriend Joaquin Phoenix, her co-star in the 1997 film Inventing the Abbotts.
Liv's mom, Bebe Buell, who never married Liv's dad, tells Friedman that she is thrilled at the engagement news and that all the families involved "get along very well."
Tyler's rep was unavailable for immediate comment this morning. Spacehog, a quartet of Brits that formed in New York, most recently released The Chinese Album in 1998.
