Ben and Drew in "The Duplex"

Ben Stiller and Drew Barrymore, box-office titans of the moment (he's in Meet the Parents, she's in Charlie's Angels), are teaming up for "The Duplex," a comedy about a New York couple who have the chance to move into a super-fabulous duplex apartment. Their only obstacle: the sweet little old lady who currently occupies the place.
