Penelope Cruz Dances

Penelope Cruz, star of "Woman on Top," took dancing lessons in Madrid so that she had a positive outlet for all of her energy.

Now she gets a chance to combine her dancing with acting in movies.

She explains, "It helped me to canolise my energy and stay with the good one and get rid of the other one. I was going crazy and too much energy sometimes."

"So it helped me out and sometimes I get to use it in the films like I will use it in Cameron's [Crowe] movie, 'Vanilla Sky.'"

"Vanilla Sky" is a love story which begins shooting in New York this November.
