Drew and Tom Are Engaged

Drew Barrymore has found her prince charming in Ottawa-born comedian Tom Green.

The 25-year-old actress, who played Cinderella in the movie Ever After, has officially become engaged to Green in the last 10 days, Barrymore's publicist Eddie Michaels said Wednesday. Michaels couldn't confirm exactly when Green proposed to Barrymore, but said no wedding date had been set.

Green, 28, who appeared in the movie Road Trip and hosts The Tom Green Show on MTV, underwent surgery for testicular cancer in March.

Barrymore was at Green's side through the ordeal, and said in a television interview afterward, "He's been good. He's so brave."

The two appear together in the movie adaptation of Charlie's Angels, scheduled to be released in November. Barrymore stars in the film with Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu; Green makes a cameo appearance.

The marriage would be the first for Green and second for Barrymore, who was married for 11 months to bar owner Jeremy Thomas in 1994.
