Mandy Moore's Clean-Cut Look

Pop singer Mandy Moore prefers the clean-cut look to the sexier midriff-baring attire of other teen music idols such as Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.

"I like to show people that you don't have to show so much skin. Be yourself," Moore says in Monday's edition of TV Guide magazine. The 16-year-old star, who left high school after her first year, is always accompanied by one of her parents on tour, something she has mixed feelings about.

"It's good to be with mom and dad," she said. "But, on the other hand, I don't think it's completely normal to be around your parents 24 hours a day, especially for a teenager."
